Our Classic Gata bread is baked on a flatten dough, filled with custard like filling. Our brand is recognized through the Armenian community in Los Angeles with our round Gata bread for its freshness and great taste. We prepare and bake them to perfection daily. We use pure butter and whole ingredients to bake them by hand. The Gatas come on a 9" board inside a clear bag, they weight a little over a pound.
